How to buy cheap cell phones
Once you’ve outlined your needs, choose a phone with all the features that fits your needs. Pick a brand and a model from the mobile phone manufacturer’s websites or cell phone distributors. Examples of cell phone dealer's websites are:

http://www.amazon.com
http://shop.ebay.com

Ask your friends about the phone you’ve chosen. Look up reviews about the model you plan on buying. This is very handy as it ensures you know what you’re buying. You wouldn’t want to buy a phone that runs down after 20mins of talk time. Read as many reviews as possible. Phone review sites and forums are particularly useful to this end.
Decide on the maximum amount you’ll be willing to pay for the phone. You can get information on the standard prices from the phone dealer website.
We now have all the background information. But there is still a question I'll answer in the next post: Where can I find cheap cell phones?
